About Me

Caroline Kastner: My troubled past helped me become a strong listener and allowed me to learn appreciation for every kind word. In being observant, I learned to see inner gift and light in others that could not see it in themselves, and I had a strong desire to help them see the light in them. In a desire to both heal my past and to help others appreciate themselves and move out of past issues, I sought out and learned many different techniques, tools, and modalities. The most powerful techniques I have learned to date come from NLP and from using QCP. These modalities used alone and/or in conjunction with other techniques and coaching helps us understand, appreciate, forgive, and release past issued and aid us to live in a state of empowered excellence while learning to focus on and act in following the life path we chose with ease. My strength comes from curiosity in learning how all things come together including an understanding of energetic, spiritual, physical, and mental processes involved in creating our world and then creating unique solutions that move us forward.
